The studio was built using state-of-the-art acoustic sound proofing and isolation construction techniques. The isolation area is 40 ft x 20 ft yielding 800 square foot floor space with a 12 foot ceiling.

The engineering area has a fireplace and a comfortable lounging area for musicians, engineers and producers.
